96-Well polystyrene plate specially intended for protein crystallography. Designed for robotic uses in HTS, it enables the study of several hundred recombinant proteins under various conditions that can be parameterised by pH, temperature, steam pressure etc.
LBR (Low BiRefringence) crystallisation plates are specially designed for polarised light. The plates for the sitting drop technique are made from cyclic polyolefin and characterised by a very low birefringence compared with polystyrene plates. Possible to obtain them with a bar code (ask us).
• For the suspended drop crystallisation technique during the condensation phase • For use with silicone coated round or square coverslips • For pre-greased plates, the grease is applied using a patented procedure to the raised flanges of the plates: ensures a better seal of the plates with the coverslips • With raised flange for a better seal of the coverslips • Two versions: non-greased or pre-greased • Ultra transparent polystyrene • Stackable plates • Individually packaged • Plate dimensions: 150 x 108 x 22 mm • Well dimensions: 17 x 16 mm • Well volume: 3.5 ml
