The quality and reproducibility of the 96-well Nunc plates have made them one of the world's leading brands.
• The plates with a MAXISORP surface have a high affinity to proteins: 600 to 650 ng d'IgG per cm². They provide outstanding results when high sensitivity is required.
Plates with a POLYSORP surface have an average adsorption capacity: 200 to 250 ng d'IgG per cm². Ideal for Elisa or serology applications, and when certain antigens have an affinity in the first layer.
• Plates with MULTISORP surface are highly hydrophilic, ideal for immobilising highly polar molecules.
• Plates with MEDISORP surface are chemically intermediate between POLYSORP and MAXISORP.
Designed for all immunology applications, Nunc plates undergo rigorous control tests which guarantee:
• the batch homogeneity;
• a specific adsorption which cannot differ more than 10% from the average;
• a variation coefficient of less than 5 %;
• that the variation of the background noise from one well to another does not exceed 0.005 in optical density.
• Some MAXISORP plates are delivered with a guarantee certificate
• Volume per well: 0.4 ml (round-bottom: 0.3 ml)
• Well depth: 11.2 mm
• The plates are provided without lids
