• Single-use packaging includes strip, collection bottle, pissette and instructions for use.
• 2 types of tests:
• Detection of pork in cooked, raw, processed foods
• Detection of pork blood and fat in foods
• Strip system: simple and fast test
• Cut out between 0.5 and 1 g of product (or 0.5 - 1 ml)
• Place sample in collection bottle
• Add hot water with pipette provided
• Shake and wait for decantation
• Soak strip
• Read result (5 to 10 minutes)- Add hot water with the pipette provided
• Shake and wait for settling
• Dip the strip
• Read the result (5 to 10 minutes reaction time)
