• Nunclon Deltacell culture surface treatment of the wells promotes cell attachment and growth
• < 2 % Evaporation rate over all the 96-well plates after 4 days of incubation
• The surrounding built-in moat is divided into 4 sectional reservoirs, each can be filled with 1.7 ml sterile water or 2.5 ml agarose solution to 0.5 %, acting as an evaporation barrier on the wells
• Volume: 400 µl/well
