Kit available for probe or SYBR® Green for reaction: 1 step (RT and qPCR steps performed in single tube)

• Verso enzyme is highly sensitive, accurate detection of RNA up to 1 pg
• Verso RT enzyme has a wide working temperature range (42 to 57 °C)
